Next Steps

  1. Activate your Milligan Account
    • After you are admitted, you will receive an email from IT titled “Your Milligan University Account” with instructions on how to set up your account. If you cannot find your login information, please contact Milligan’s IT Helpdesk at helpdesk@milligan.edu or 423.461.8704.
    • To activate your account, use the information IT sent you. Once you click “Activate Your Account” you will confirm your personal information, create a secure password, and setup multi-factor authentication.
  2. Enrollment Deposit and Enrollment Confirmation
    • Log in to your Milligan Self-Service account using the credentials you set up in step 1 and submit your $50 deposit via credit card or by mail (your deposit is applied toward your first bill). This deposit is refundable until May 1 for fall enrollment.
    • If you prefer to pay your deposit by mail, please ensure you write the student’s name on the check and send payment to: Milligan University, PO Box 250, Milligan, TN 37682.
  3. Access Email
    • Once your deposit is paid, IT will set up your Milligan email account within one business day. You will receive an email with the subject “Your Milligan Email Account is Ready” with instructions on how to access your email.
    • Your password will be your previously created Milligan password.
    • All future communications will come to your Milligan email account.

    • Complete and submit only the first page of your Health & Immunization Record. Please upload the complete form here. (Recent Milligan graduates do not need to complete this form again.)
  2. Scholarships & Financial Aid
    • To be eligible for federal financial aid you must file the FAFSA.
    • If you applied for federal aid by completing a FAFSA, you will receive a Financial Aid Offer email from your financial aid counselor. The email will contain a link to your offer in Milligan’s secure online financial aid portal. Review, accept, and submit your financial aid offer as soon as possible. Only accepted financial aid will be reflected on your account statement. (Please note: Any changes to your class registration could change your financial aid eligibility. Your financial aid counselor will contact you if a revised financial aid offer must be reviewed and submitted.)
    • If you did not complete a FAFSA, scholarships awarded will automatically be accepted and reflected on your account statement. To request a copy of your financial aid offer, please contact your financial aid counselor.
  3. Register for class
    • Contact the DMin office to register for approved courses.
Residential MDiv, MAR
  1. Housing
    • If you plan to live in the Emmanuel Village, please submit the Housing Application form. Housing is reserved on a first-come basis. Your spot on the list is confirmed once you are Enrollment Confirmed and Deposit Paid.

  3. MACM Admits: Contact the MACM office for academic advisement. The MACM office will register you for the approved courses.

  • If you will be moving before August 1 and your address will be different from the one you used during the application process, please email the Registrar’s Office with your new mailing address. Failure to do so may result in timely communications being delayed.
  • If you are graduating soon, don’t forget to have a copy of your final transcripts sent to the Emmanuel Admissions Office, PO Box 550, Milligan, TN 37682.
